Let’s Talk

What’s a Bellwether?

Wondering about the Bellwether name? Bellwether is a term used for a ram that leads a flock of sheep. The term later came to refer to someone who is a leader or trend-setter. We identify with this because the cutting edge of technology is where we like to be. And we’re not just leading our clients in the best use of technology, we’re leaders in our industry.

Our Team

We strive to be a place where talented professionals want to work. Our average employee tenure is 7+ years and is an indication that the environment we cultivate provides people with what they need to thrive and balance their professional and personal lives. Being a preferred workplace enables us to attract, hire, and retain the best people and that’s what enables us to provide the best service to our clients.

We’ve been recognized as a Top Workplace by the Times Picayune each year since 2019. You can read what our employees say about working here.

At Bellwether, we value diversity, equity, and inclusion, and are committed to fostering a culture where all team members feel valued and respected.
